Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients to learn about their conditions, symptoms, and limitations.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans to meet patient needs, establish short and long-term goals, and develop a Plan of Care.
  • Market services to physicians and community.
  • Inspire and encourage patients throughout the healing process. Motivating them to reach their highest potential.
  • Evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
  • Oversee and lead therapy technicians to enhance care.
  • Comply with all state and federal regulations regarding physical therapy.

    • Physical Therapist Job Requirements & Qualifications

    1. A valid and current Louisiana license to practice physical therapy.
    2. Dedication to quality patient care through the entire therapeutic process
    3. Ability to communicate with a wide range of patient and co-worker personalities.
